CRS was founded in Perth, Australia in 2012. Passionate about sustainability and green issues, we initially set up a research project to identify and develop sustainable alternatives to steel rebar products for concrete structures.
Having identified an opportunity to utilise Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) as a light weight sustainable alternative to steel, we quickly grew into an international manufacturer of concrete reinforcement products.
Operating from both Australia and the UK, we service global markets, with products for the construction, infrastructure, mining and oil and gas industries.
The key aim of our business is to reduce the volume and overall mass of concrete materials, providing efficiency savings by decreasing volumes, bringing down costs and lessening the overall carbon footprint of the built asset.
Today we work hand-in-hand with our customers, offering support and guidance on sustainability matters and legislation, and we are part of the global fraternity of composites manufacturers.
And for the future, we are always looking for new ways to improve, develop and promote construction products that will make a difference to our industry and contribute to a positive impact to the environment and community.
